Trouble connecting to the VPN
If you are having trouble connecting to the VPN where it previously worked, it may be caused by a recent update. The steps below may resolve the issue if you have Local Administrator rights on your machine. If you cannot complete the steps below, please submit a ticket and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Option 1
Install update KB5010793 available from the Microsoft Catalog here:
Option 2
Uninstall update KB5009543 by following the steps below:
- Right
click your Start Menu and press Windows Powershell (Admin)
- In
the powershell screen, type:
wusa /uninstall /kb:5009543
- Follow
the steps on-screen to uninstall the update and reboot when it’s done
